About Gym & Workout Activities
Gym and workout activities encompass a wide range of exercises from strength training to flexibility work:
- Weightlifting: Builds strength and muscle. Light/moderate burns 3.0 MET, vigorous burns 6.0 MET.
- Aerobics: Cardio-focused workouts. Low impact burns 5.0 MET, high impact burns 7.0 MET.
- Yoga & Stretching: Improves flexibility and mindfulness. Burns approximately 2.5 MET.
